This week Mike grills me about my choice of tech companies to pit against one-another. He has problems with my choice of companies (Google and Apple), as well as the descriptions or tags I use to describe the companies. He also discusses his own choices for possibilities of coolest tech company.
At the core (pun intended) of the problem lies the convoluted function of modern tech companies. Is Google a tech company? Or is it a media company that neither produces nor owns media. Is Apple a tech company? But it distributes and profits from media, in stark contrast to Google. And what about Microsoft?

This is probably one of my fav shows so far. Just kicking back and listening to the two of you battling it out, without getting to the pro’s and cons of both Google and Apple.
About Flickr, there is a very simlar service called PhotoBucket. PhotoBucket is a little less promoted and thus attracts some not so decent comment. Flickr on the other hand, since it is Yahoo’s now, is a little more decent. It is also widely used by bloggers. Looking forward to the Flickr cast.
Dual booting a Mac, I have to agree with Mike (again :/). You dont buy a Mac to run Windows, unless you’ve got a macbook and you’re on the road and need to be able to switch. It kinda defeats the purpose (for geeks that is). Having Bootcamp setup makes macs more appealing for general Windows users.
You mentioned Parallels I think. Here’s a possible fight for you too… Parallels vs. Virtual PC (since VPC is free now).
